RUN TRAINING

What sets our training plans apart is that they’re made specifically for you and your goals. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans – since no two runners are the same, having the same plan for every runner doesn’t make sense. Run City uses a week-by-week planner to make sure you are getting the right workout in for that week, which eliminates over-training and significantly reduces the chance of injury. We keep it fun and engaging while preparing you to run the best race of your life!

5K/10K TRAINING PLAN

$79 ($145 including add-ons)

Duration: 12 weeks

Weekly customized training plan specific to your individual needs for that week

6 one-on-one sessions combining long runs and speed work

3 in-person meetings to discuss training progress

1 pre-race strategy meeting to go over final details

Includes free Run City race day shirt or singlet (with completion of training)

HALF MARATHON TRAINING PLAN

$119 ($185 including add-ons)

Duration: 16 weeks

8 one-on-one sessions combining long runs and speed work

4 in-person meetings to discuss training progress

B-race (week 8) to see training progress (race entry fee not included)

2 pre-race strategy meetings to go over final details

FULL MARATHON TRAINING PLAN

$139 ($195 including add-ons)

Duration: 20 weeks
