RUN TRAINING

What sets our training plans apart is that they’re made specifically for you and your goals. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans – since no two runners are the same, having the same plan for every runner doesn’t make sense. Run City uses a week-by-week planner to make sure you are getting the right workout in for that week, which eliminates over-training and significantly reduces the chance of injury. We keep it fun and engaging while preparing you to run the best race of your life!

5K/10K TRAINING PLAN
