Run City at Ellicott Square Fitness is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Feel free to come whenever it is convenient for you. We are even open on weekends and holidays.

When you sign up for autopay, the membership fee will be deducted directly out of the account you have set up. If you choose monthly, the membership fee will be deducted from your linked account every 30 days from the date you sign up. If you sign up for a 12-month package, the fee will be charged immediately and then come out of your account automatically at the expiration of the term you picked (for the same package as you initially signed up for). There are three ways your membership can be canceled. If you share your fob, code, or bring a non member into the gym. Your membership will be canceled. If you sign up for the autopay and your payment gets declined, your membership gets auto canceled. At this point you will have to log into your account and sign up for a new autopay. You can cancel your membership with a 30 day notice via text message to 716-331-2472.

Once you sign up and pay for your membership and access app fee you will receive a email with a link to download the access app. That is how you enter the gym and have 24/7 access. The fee for the app and activation is $15.00. There are two doors to enter through. Swan St is the outside door on Swan st and the Lobby is the door inside the building in the lobby. When you get to the door you open the app and select what door you are at and it will unlock it. This gym is equipped with a tailgate camera meaning if you bring someone that is not a member to the gym we will be notified and your membership can be canceled as a result. Conversly if two members come together you are both required to use the app so all members are accounted for all the time.

Currently run city is not offering classes.

No. This rule is a zero tolerance rule. If you bring a non-member in or give them your fob to use, you will lose the right to be a member of the gym. In addition, all members must scan their fob individually at the door on the way in, even if you are with a group of members. In the event of an emergency, Run City needs to be able to account for all patrons in the gym at any given time.

Signing up for autopay is now easier and faster than ever! Simply go to the membership tab and choose between the 1 month autopay or 12 month autopay options. Fill out the form and input your payment and you are all set! For first time members, be sure to purchase your access fob. Please refer to the fob section of FAQ's for more information.

You can park on Swan Street between Washington and Pearl. The entrance to Run City is on Swan Street. Parking is free from 5pm-8am and on weekends. It is $1 per hour during normal business hours Monday through Friday (8am-5pm). Download the Buffalo Roaming app to pay for parking easily through your phone all over the city.
